By accessing this website (the “Site”), creating an account, browsing vehicle listings, submitting inquiries, booking rentals, or using any of the services offered through the Site (collectively, the “Services”), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions (the “Terms” or “Agreement”).
Please read these Terms carefully. Your access to and use of the Site and Services is conditioned upon your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use or access the Site or Services.

333Corvette.com is an online platform that connects Corvette buyers, sellers, renters, and enthusiasts. 333Corvette is not a vehicle broker or licensed dealership. We do not directly sell, purchase, exchange, offer for sale, or negotiate the sale or rental of any vehicle listed on our platform. We do not hold or transfer title to any vehicle, nor do we act as an agent for buyers, sellers, or renters.
333Corvette is not a party to any transaction between users. Any sale, purchase, rental, or exchange of a vehicle initiated through the platform is conducted solely between the parties involved. We do not provide financing, escrow services, insurance, vehicle registration, or title transfer support.
Please read these Terms carefully, including the mandatory arbitration clause described below. It requires that most disputes be resolved through final and binding arbitration on an individual basis, and not as part of a class or group action. If you do not wish to be bound by arbitration, you may opt out by following the instructions provided in the Arbitration section later in these Terms.

1. Definitions
Throughout this Agreement, the terms “we,” “us,” “our,” and “333Corvette” refer to 333Corvette, a Florida-based company, including its officers, employees, and authorized representatives.
The terms “you,” “your,” and “user” refer to you, the individual or entity accessing or using the Services provided through 333Corvette.com.

Except as expressly stated in these Terms, we do not grant you any rights to our intellectual property. All rights not expressly granted are reserved.

However, by submitting it to the Site, you grant 333Corvette a non-exclusive, royalty-free, irrevocable, worldwide, and perpetual license to use, reproduce, publish, display, distribute, and create derivative works from that Content in connection with operating and promoting the Services.
All other product names, brand names, and logos referenced on the Site are the property of their respective owners. Nothing in these Terms shall be construed as granting you any license or right to use any trademark, service mark, logo, or trade name owned by 333Corvette or any third party.

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion and without prior notice, to suspend or terminate your access to the Services, your account, and any Content you have submitted, for any reason, including but not limited to:

We do not verify vehicle ownership, title status, or condition. We do not inspect vehicles, authenticate listings, or provide any warranties or guarantees. All vehicle-related information is submitted by the seller for informational purposes only, and any transaction is strictly between the seller (the legal owner of the vehicle) and the buyer.
333Corvette does not own, buy, or sell any vehicles listed on the Site and does not hold or transfer vehicle titles.
Buyers are strongly encouraged to conduct their own independent due diligence before purchasing, which may include arranging third-party inspections, verifying ownership and condition, and reviewing relevant documentation.

Prices listed on 333Corvette.com are set solely by the individual sellers and do not include additional costs such as:

We strive to provide accurate and up-to-date descriptions of vehicles, services, and other offerings available through the Site. However, 333Corvette does not warrant that any descriptions, images, pricing, or other content provided on the Site are accurate, complete, current, or free from errors.
If a service offered directly by 333Corvette is not as described, your sole remedy (if applicable) will be subject to our separate Refund Policy, if such a policy is provided.
We are not responsible for any discrepancies, misrepresentations, or inaccuracies in vehicle listings, pricing, or content submitted by third-party sellers, advertisers, or users.
12. No Warranty
The Services are provided by 333Corvette on an “as-is” and “as-available” basis, without any warranties of any kind—either express or implied—including, but not limited to, warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
We do not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free, or that the Site will be free of viruses, malware, or other harmful components.
Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties. As such, some of the above exclusions may not apply to you in full.

19. Arbitration; Class Action Waiver

It requires that most disputes between you and 333Corvette be resolved through binding individual arbitration, limits your ability to bring claims in court, and prohibits class actions and representative proceedings. All disputes subject to this section must be brought on an individual basis only. You may not initiate or participate in a class action, collective arbitration, or other representative proceeding.
(b) Arbitration of Disputes
Except for small claims or actions for injunctive relief related to intellectual property rights, you and 333Corvette agree to resolve all disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Services—including privacy or data-related claims—through final and binding arbitration.
Before starting arbitration, you agree to attempt informal resolution by sending written notice to:

(e) Costs and Fees
If you initiate arbitration, you will only be responsible for the first $250 of the JAMS filing fee. 333Corvette will pay the rest. If we initiate arbitration, we will pay all arbitration costs.
(f) Time Limit for Filing
Any claim must be filed within one (1) year of when the cause of action arose, or it will be permanently barred.
(g) Opt-Out Option
You may opt out of this arbitration provision within 30 days of first accepting these Terms by sending written notice to:

If any portion of this section is found to be unenforceable, the remaining portions will remain in effect. If a claim must proceed on a class basis and cannot be arbitrated, it must be litigated in a court of competent jurisdiction. Any public injunctive relief claims not eligible for arbitration must be stayed pending the outcome of individual arbitration.
20. Governing Law and Venue
These Terms and your use of the Services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
Any dispute between you and 333Corvette that is not subject to arbitration under Section 20 shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Palm Beach County, Florida. You agree to submit to the personal jurisdiction and venue of such courts and waive any objections to such forum based on jurisdiction, venue, or inconvenience.
21. Modifying and Terminating Our Services
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Services at any time, with or without notice. You may stop using our Services at any time.
We are not liable for any loss, damage, or harm that may result from your inability to access or use the Services, whether temporarily or permanently, for any reason.

19. Arbitration; Class Action Waiver
Please read this section carefully. It requires that most disputes between you and 333Corvette be resolved through binding individual arbitration, limits your ability to bring claims in court, and prohibits class actions and representative proceedings. You may opt out of this provision as described below.
(a) No Representative Actions
All disputes subject to this section must be brought on an individual basis only. You may not initiate or participate in a class action, collective arbitration, or other representative proceeding.
(b) Arbitration of Disputes
Except for small claims or actions for injunctive relief related to intellectual property rights, you and 333Corvette agree to resolve all disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Services—including privacy or data-related claims—through final and binding arbitration.
Before starting arbitration, you agree to attempt informal resolution by sending written notice to:

- The specific resolution you seek
- If you are a consumer using the Services for personal purposes, you may choose to arbitrate in your county of residence or in Palm Beach County, Florida.
- All other users must arbitrate in Palm Beach County, Florida.

(c) Governing Law
This arbitration agreement is governed by the Federal Arbitration Act (FAA) to the fullest extent permitted by law. The arbitrator shall have exclusive authority to resolve all disputes, including issues of scope and enforceability.
(d) Confidentiality
All arbitration proceedings—including communications and documents—will remain strictly confidential, unless disclosure is required by law or court order.
(e) Costs and Fees
If you initiate arbitration, you will only be responsible for the first $250 of the JAMS filing fee. 333Corvette will pay the rest. If we initiate arbitration, we will pay all arbitration costs.
(f) Time Limit for Filing
Any claim must be filed within one (1) year of when the cause of action arose, or it will be permanently barred.
(g) Opt-Out Option
You may opt out of this arbitration provision within 30 days of first accepting these Terms by sending written notice to:

- Include: Your full name, mailing address, and a clear statement that you wish to opt out
(h) Severability
If any portion of this section is found to be unenforceable, the remaining portions will remain in effect. If a claim must proceed on a class basis and cannot be arbitrated, it must be litigated in a court of competent jurisdiction. Any public injunctive relief claims not eligible for arbitration must be stayed pending the outcome of individual arbitration.
20. Governing Law and Venue
These Terms and your use of the Services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
Any dispute between you and 333Corvette that is not subject to arbitration under Section 20 shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Palm Beach County, Florida. You agree to submit to the personal jurisdiction and venue of such courts and waive any objections to such forum based on jurisdiction, venue, or inconvenience.
21. Modifying and Terminating Our Services
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Services at any time, with or without notice. You may stop using our Services at any time.
We are not liable for any loss, damage, or harm that may result from your inability to access or use the Services, whether temporarily or permanently, for any reason.
